I have been working for Dr. Davidson as a one-on-one teacher for students with IEPs for 7 years. I absolutely love this job! Dr. Davidson is so supportive and provides the teachers with the training they need as well as individually tailored curriculum for each student. She is also accommodating of scheduling desires and needs. I love the flexibility of this job, the better work/life balance I have after leaving classroom teaching in a public school, and the overall positive feeling of knowing that I am valued as an employee. Furthermore, I have built such amazing relationships with my students and their dedicated parents.
